I have soloed ghial multiple times now (22+) with the solo A/E build.

He hasnt dropped his staff yet. Whats the trick.....flagging henchies?

If u have gotten his drop plz share.

i have gotten the drop. But not with the a/e sin farm thing. Got it while capping it with henchies.

I've been through periods where I had to farm a boss 40-50 times before he dropped his green once, but then it could happen that he dropped it 3 times in a row.

It's just luck, soloing Ghial and Acolyte of Dwayna took around 6 or so goes before they dropped their greens while someone like Vah dropped it within the third or so run (and this was with a hero)

like blue said its luck, i was farming this dagger for a really long time so i said screw it and i got on my war and kill him w/ all henchies and i got the green.

Wait a second, you mentioned flagging away henchies, and it's a solo build? i think i'm missing something here.. But i usually get one every five runs with Mo/E
Healing hands+ shielding hands monk with sliver armour, probably the same idea on how to kill him right?

Since multiple ppl told me to just get in a full group of henchies an flag them at the door when i enter skyway...that way they dont get drop and u also get a "full party"

I personal thought this was a hunk of bull....but this guy who told me about this has 8 sets of FoW and i was like if i needed to take advice from anyone it was him.

BTW i tried AoD (acolyte of dwayna) 5 times with flagging henchies and still no drop.

(I have done pretty much anything u can think of and i have gotten 2 green drops in 3 months of farming (out of 12 months i have played GW), which were skaais sword...pathetic)

I think i am going to do some DOA stuff now, i have had it with greens.

I am sick...i am poor(er) u could say and sinking tons of money into those kind of builds doesnt benefit me very much. I am done GL with everyone else, with all of the greens dropping in price its not worth it anymore.

Yeah Dark, drops dont work like that. Doesnt matter if you have a full party of henchies the drops still count as only 1 person being in the map and even if you do flag them they still share the coins and so forth.

Whenever I use a touch ranger for say... 5 runs, ill get his staff at least once.
